International Conference on Heritage and Culture Czech Republic

The International Conference on Heritage and Culture, organized by the Global Academic Research Institute (GARI) and Jagadguru Kripalu University (JKU), aims to explore the significant role of heritage and culture as foundational elements of human development. This conference will take place in Prague, Czech Republic, and is designed to bring together a diverse group of participants, including academics, researchers, professionals, administrators, educational leaders, policymakers, industry representatives, and advanced students from around the globe. Participants will engage in meaningful discussions surrounding the various aspects of heritage and culture, emphasizing their impact on human growth and societal progress.The conference will feature presentations of full papers, work-in-progress reports, abstracts, and case studies that address a wide array of topics related to cultural heritage. Key themes include the conservation and restoration of historic buildings, the adaptive reuse of heritage structures, heritage impact assessments, urban heritage, sacred spaces, industrial heritage, and the documentation and digitization of heritage sites. Other focal points will cover oral traditions, traditional medicine, safeguarding living heritage, the role of heritage in multicultural societies, and contemporary challenges such as memory politics and difficult heritage. Moreover, innovative technologies such as virtual reality (VR), augmented reality (AR), and artificial intelligence (AI) will be discussed in relation to heritage documentation and education. Selected papers will be published in the GARI International Journal of Multidisciplinary Research, contributing to the ongoing discourse in this critical field.
