The conference's program focuses on the scale of opportunities and the urgent need for knowledge, a robust supply chain, and a skilled workforce essential for building a sustainable housing future. It also serves as a platform for renewing cross-sector partnerships, fostering new collaborations, and sharing best practices that collectively drive the housing community towards delivering a future-fit housing program. The event features a lineup of esteemed speakers, including Iwan Trefor Jones, Chief Executive of Adra, who will discuss key challenges and insights from 10:00 to 10:15. Following him, Rish Verma, Senior Policy Manager at OFGEM, will speak from 10:15 to 10:30. Lee Roberts from Wrexham Council will address the scale of their delivery challenge and the need for knowledge, supply chain, and workforce from 11:50 to 12:05.
