About This Event
The Effective Project Coordination & Management training course, held in Dubai, is a comprehensive 5-day program designed to equip project managers with tools and techniques to maximize project value from initiation through to completion. Recognizing that many projects fail not due to a lack of technical skills but because of insufficient coordination and communication among stakeholders, this course aims to enhance the essential skills required for effective project management. Participants will gain insights into how to coordinate and integrate projects, teams, suppliers, and stakeholders, and will learn to proactively identify project requirements in alignment with business objectives.Throughout the course, delegates will be introduced to a variety of methodologies for project planning and control, including defining, designing, and integrating end-user requirements. The program emphasizes the importance of risk identification and mitigation, as well as effective performance monitoring and documentation. The training incorporates formal and interactive learning methods, including team projects, case studies, and critical analysis of video materials based on real-life large construction projects. This hands-on approach ensures that attendees not only understand the theoretical aspects of project management but also can apply these concepts practically in their work environments. The course is tailored for MDs and CEOs, with a target audience that spans across Ghana, Nigeria, and South Africa, ensuring a diverse perspective in discussions and learnings. By the end of the training, participants will be equipped with a proven set of methods, tools, and techniques essential for coordinating projects and managing teams effectively. The program also covers topics such as project scope management, quality definition, risk assessment, and time management, which are critical for the successful delivery of projects. Upon successful completion, delegates will receive a Certificate of Completion from the Oxford Management Centre, along with corresponding CPE credits, validating their newly acquired skills in project management.
