Childbirth Preparation Weekend - In Person - Rancho Bernardo

The Childbirth Preparation Weekend is an informative program designed for expectant parents to equip them with essential knowledge and skills for labor and childbirth. It is recommended that participants enroll in the program when they are approximately 28 to 32 weeks into their pregnancy.Throughout the weekend, attendees will explore crucial topics that include how the body prepares for birth and delivery, various labor support techniques such as breathing exercises, relaxation strategies, massage, and visualization methods. Additionally, the program will address postpartum care, often referred to as the fourth trimester, ensuring that parents feel well-prepared for the transition after childbirth. Couples are encouraged to attend together, with one registration required per couple, making this an inclusive experience for expectant partners. Participants should bring two pillows, a blanket, and a snack or beverage to enhance their comfort during the sessions.
