Institute for Heads

Join the Institute for Heads, an exclusive retreat designed for heads of school and their spouses, taking place in the scenic city of Chattanooga, United States. This dynamic program offers a supportive environment for deep, thoughtful conversations on the challenges and realities of school leadership. Attendees will have the opportunity to engage in meaningful dialogue facilitated by experienced psychologists, Rob and Michael, who invite participants to explore ideas collaboratively rather than adhering to one-size-fits-all solutions.
