Attendees can expect to gain insights from presentations that will cover Europe’s approach to building a Single European Sky, and how similar strategies can be adapted for the unique contexts of the Asia Pacific region. The first day will include workshops focused on creating a Common Situational Picture (CSP) that promotes better decision-making and seamless air travel. This panel discussion will explore the integration of meteorological, aeronautical, and air traffic data, emphasizing the importance of timely data provision by states to support regional collaboration.Furthermore, the conference will delve into the minimum capabilities required for a harmonized and interoperable Air Navigation Service (ANS) as part of the ICAO MIP. Industry representatives will provide insights on how their expertise can help ANSPs implement these capabilities effectively.
