Police Resettlement Expo

The Police Resettlement Expo is a significant event aimed at connecting police talent with career opportunities in the private sector. Hosted at the Manchester Central Convention Complex, one of the largest exhibition venues in the North West of the United Kingdom, this event is strategically designed to facilitate networking among police professionals seeking to transition into new careers. The increasing demand for candidates with policing backgrounds has been driven by numerous companies and government agencies relocating to the North as part of the government's levelling up programmes. This trend has amplified the need for skilled candidates, particularly in Manchester and surrounding cities. The expo presents a unique opportunity for attendees to engage directly with hiring managers and recruitment agencies that are actively seeking candidates across the North of England and beyond. With a projected visitor count of around 500, the event is expected to feature approximately 50 exhibitors, showcasing a variety of roles and vacancies that may not be publicly advertised. Attendees will gain valuable insights into the exhibiting companies and the opportunities they present. Additionally, the event will include speaker sessions where participants can hear directly from employers about the skills and qualifications they are looking for, enriching their understanding of the recruitment landscape. This comprehensive approach ensures that attendees are well-prepared to navigate their career transitions successfully.
