2026 Shanghai International Hotel and Catering Industry Expo

The 2026 Shanghai International Hospitality Equipment & Foodservice Expo (HOTELEX SHANGHAI 2026) is one of the most influential events in the hotel and catering industry. The 34th edition of the exhibition will be grandly held from March 30 to April 2, 2026, at the National Exhibition and Convention Center (Shanghai) in Puxi, Hongqiao. This exhibition is organized by Shanghai UBM Sinoexpo International Exhibition Co., Ltd. and the China Tourist Hotel Association, and co-organized by the China Tourism Association, All-China Federation of Industry and Commerce Baking Industry Association, and Shanghai Catering and Cooking Industry Association. The exhibition is grand in scale, with an exhibition area of 400,000 square meters, spanning 14 halls. It is expected to attract over 300,000 professional visitors from various channels such as hotel catering, supermarket retail, casual dining, food and beverage trade, catering investment, and tourism and leisure, with more than 3,000 exhibitors. The exhibition is dedicated to promoting the innovative development of China's hotel and catering industry, providing an efficient and direct online and offline platform for upstream and downstream enterprises, and leading the industry to expand domestically and globally.
