Introduction
Japan Drone is one of the three most influential events in the global drone industry, playing a pivotal role in drone research, development, and technological application in Japan. Held annually, this exhibition gathers top global drone technologies and solutions, dedicated to promoting innovation and development in the drone industry. The exhibition is not only a platform for technological exchange but also a barometer for industry trends, attracting professionals, corporate representatives, and research institutions from around the world each year. During the exhibition, in addition to the highly anticipated Japan Drone Basic Seminar, an Innovation Seminar led by world-class experts will be held, deeply analyzing the latest dynamics and future development trends of domestic and international drone markets, providing attendees with forward-looking industry insights. This year's exhibition, themed "Breaking Limits: Drones Empowering a Smart Future," showcases a series of cutting-edge technological achievements such as AI autonomous decision-making rescue drones, hydrogen-powered drones with an 8-hour endurance, and 5G cluster logistics technology. Notably, the exhibition will also unveil Japan's first white paper on airspace management, which is of landmark significance for regulating and guiding the healthy development of the drone industry. Leading Chinese drone companies DJI and EHang will also present their latest autonomous flying vehicles, demonstrating the strong capabilities of the Asian drone industry. Japan Drone is regarded as a crucial turning point for the Asian drone industry, leading it from the technology verification stage into a new era of trillion-dollar commercial applications. The Japan UAS Industrial Development Association (JUIDA), as a key supporter of the exhibition, actively promotes the widespread commercial application of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS) and is committed to UAS research and development, safety regulation formulation, talent cultivation, and the improvement of practical technological environments. The purpose of this exhibition and seminar is to build a project platform capable of responding to multi-sectoral and multi-demand needs, providing in-depth knowledge and information, and attracting more new companies interested in drone business models. The exhibition also features rich activities such as a drone film competition, further stimulating public interest and participation in drone technology.
