Introduction
Exhibition Scale: Less than 10,000 MINExpo, the world's largest surface and underground mining and equipment exhibition, owned and organized by the National Mining Association of the United States, brings together professionals, experts, and decision-makers from the global mining industry for collaboration, learning, and engagement. The exhibition hall will showcase mining products for safety, drilling, engineering, material handling, training, and human resources. Only MINExpo, the world's largest mining event, allows you to access the full range of innovations that are changing the way you work. This event focuses on everything in the mining industry (and only the mining industry), offering something other events cannot – an opportunity to understand the future of your industry and find exactly what your operations need now. By connecting with technicians who can answer your questions in real-time, you will gain the information needed to make informed purchasing decisions. Whether you are involved in site development or processing and preparation, you can: explore cutting-edge technologies, including sensors, artificial intelligence, and robotics; purchase equipment, parts, and services from a global network of suppliers and manufacturers; share ideas with others facing similar operational challenges; stay ahead of industry trends and changes affecting your daily life. Market Analysis: The United States is one of the world's most important countries for mineral resources, production, consumption, and trade, serving as a global mining hub. Mining also holds a significant position in the U.S. national economy, being one of its foundational industries. The U.S. is rich in mineral resources, with the potential total value of its mineral reserves ranking first globally. Reserves of many minerals are among the world's top. Currently, the main metal minerals mined in the U.S. include gold, silver, copper, iron, lead, zinc, molybdenum, and platinum group metals, with metal mines primarily located in the western regions (iron mines mainly in Minnesota and Michigan). Non-metallic mineral products mined primarily include stone, lime, phosphate, kaolin, salt, soda ash, bentonite, potash, boron minerals, diatomaceous earth, gypsum, gemstones, etc., with major mining areas mostly in the eastern and western regions, and relatively fewer in the central region. In terms of industrial output value, the industrial output value of non-metallic minerals currently exceeds that of metallic minerals. For many years, due to limited domestic major metal mineral resources, the U.S. has seen a continuous decline in ore and metal production. To meet growing domestic demand, it has had to continuously increase imports. To reduce reliance on foreign mineral products, the U.S. has gradually strengthened the recycling of reclaimed metals. In recent years, while the production of major primary metals has generally shown a downward trend, the production of reclaimed metals has shown a sustained growth momentum. According to statistics from the U.S. Department of Commerce, from January to March 2016, the bilateral trade in goods between the U.S. and China amounted to $128.37 billion. Of this, U.S. exports to China were $25.21 billion, accounting for 7.3% of total U.S. exports; imports from China were $103.16 billion, accounting for 20.1% of total U.S. imports. We sincerely invite you to participate in this exhibition and look forward to exploring the market and seizing unlimited business opportunities with you!
