ISM Middle East, the Middle East Dubai Sweets and Snacks Exhibition, is the largest sweet and snack food exhibition in the Middle East. Co-organized by Koelnmesse GmbH and Dubai World Trade Centre, it boasts excellent organizational effectiveness and appeal. In 2021, we announced the rebranding of yummex ME to ISM Middle East. The ISM Middle East brand, formerly yummex ME, will become part of the ISM brand family. At ISM Middle East, the world of confectionery and snacks takes center stage as we showcase the best of the industry and act as a catalyst for the growth of this exciting sector. The confectionery and snack industry in the Middle East and North Africa is vibrant, attracting global industry leaders and dynamic local businesses. As a leading exhibition in the industry, this event serves as a barometer for development trends in the Gulf region's confectionery, pastry, ice cream, and snack food market. ISM Middle East, as a successful spin-off of ISM Cologne, targets a vast market of one billion people, ranking among the regions with the highest GDP in the world. For confectionery manufacturers, it is a perfect platform to comprehensively display new products and formulations and to open up the Middle East market by finding clients in Dubai.
