Food Chain for Win-Win, Food Expo for Autumn Appreciation. The 11th China International Food and Catering Expo (hereinafter referred to as "Food Expo") will be held from September 18 to 20 at the Changsha International Convention and Exhibition Center. This Food Expo is jointly organized by the Circulation Industry Promotion Center of the Ministry of Commerce and Hunan Tourism Development Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hunan Tourism Group"), and undertaken by Hunan Exhibition Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Hunan Exhibition Group"). With the theme of "Promoting Consumption and Innovative Development," and closely adhering to the concepts of "green, environmental protection, safety, and upgrading," the exhibition promotes the full integration of investment, trade, and consumption through product sales, matchmaking, and consumption experiences, building a platform for the high-quality development of the food and catering industry. The Food Expo is a key professional exhibition in the domestic trade circulation field of the food and catering industry. Since its first landing in Hunan in 2016, Hunan Exhibition Group and its predecessor, the Business Exhibition Center of Hunan Provincial Department of Commerce, have served as executive units, witnessing and assisting the Food Expo's development from its initial stages to an industry grand event. According to statistics, the previous ten Food Expos accumulated an exhibition area of over 773,000 square meters, attracted more than 14,800 exhibitors, and received over 1.51 million visitors. More than 40 provinces (autonomous regions, municipalities) and over 50 countries and regions participated in groups, achieving a total of approximately 34.58 billion RMB in on-site transactions and intended orders.
