Introduction
The China (Chongqing) International Hotpot Industry Expo (Chongqing Hotpot Expo), as a landmark exhibition of Chongqing, the "Capital of Chinese Hotpot," is an annual grand event for the global hotpot industry. The 2026 exhibition plans an area of 120,000 square meters, will present over 60,000 exhibits, and is expected to attract more than 120,000 professional visitors from across the country. The exhibition will feature eight major category pavilions and nine special zones, covering ingredients, equipment, services, and more across the entire hotpot industry chain, aiming to create the "No. 1 Global Hotpot Industry Exhibition."
