Introduction
Exhibition Scale: less than 10,000. SMART AUTOMATION AUSTRIA is Austria's only exhibition for automation and measurement technology, focusing on intelligent technologies, especially for system and machinery manufacturing, automation technology, testing, measurement, and maintenance technology. Since 2014, this exhibition has been held biennially at the Vienna International Exhibition Center, co-located with Intertool, the Austrian International Metalworking and Technology Exhibition. The organizer alternates between Linz, the industrial heartland of Austria, and Vienna, the largest urban cluster, each year. The Austrian Smart Automation exhibition is Austria's only trade fair for industrial automation technology, focusing on factory automation and process automation. The goods and services exhibited cover the entire range of industrial automation products, from components to complete systems and integrated automation solutions. The Austrian Smart Automation exhibition is the business platform for the Austrian automation industry and takes place annually, alternating between Vienna and Linz. It attracts around 270 exhibitors from 14 countries showcasing the latest technologies and products, many of which are market leaders and technological pioneers.
