INTERMOLDKOREA, the Korea International Mold & Related Equipment Exhibition, is a professional mold exhibition organized by the Korea Die & Mold Industry Cooperative (KODMIC). This exhibition has been held biennially since 1981 at KINTEX (Seoul International Exhibition & Convention Center) and has a long history. Starting from the 21st edition in 2013, IntermoldKorea has been held concurrently with two related industry exhibitions – KOPLAS and HARFKO – maximizing the synergy between the three exhibitions and enhancing their global influence, thereby expanding the market for related industries to the greatest extent. Business activities such as the "Mold & Parts Business Forum," "Purchasing Consultation Meeting," and the "Federation of Asian Die & Mould Associations (FADMA) Annual Meeting" will also be held concurrently with the exhibition. The trade surplus was 89.99 billion US dollars, an increase of 9.1%. From January to November, the bilateral trade volume between South Korea and China was 217.51 billion US dollars, an increase of 13.6%. Of this, South Korea's exports to China were 128.26 billion US dollars, an increase of 14.1%, accounting for 24.4% of South Korea's total exports, a decrease of 0.6 percentage points; South Korea's imports from China were 89.25 billion US dollars, an increase of 12.9%, accounting for 20.5% of South Korea's total imports, a decrease of 1.0 percentage points. The trade surplus between South Korea and China was 39.01 billion US dollars, an increase of 17.0%. As of November, China was South Korea's largest trading partner.
