Introduction
Exhibition Scale: 20,000-50,000 sqm. Europort (Netherlands Rotterdam International Maritime Exhibition) was created by merging two previous international maritime exhibitions. The former Europort in Amsterdam was held in odd-numbered years, while Rotterdam Maritime was held in even-numbered years. Held in the world port of Rotterdam, it is an international maritime gathering place for innovative technology and complex shipbuilding. With an average of 25,000 professional visitors and 1,000 exhibiting companies, Europort is one of the world's largest maritime conferences and knowledge-sharing B2B platforms. Oceans, rivers, and straits are deeply rooted in the Dutch DNA. The Dutch are renowned for challenging these waters and for their maritime expertise in extraordinary projects. While the exhibition will cover all aspects of the maritime world, Europort naturally focuses on high-tech vessels. These nine categories of special purpose vessels will be particularly prominent at Europort. Unlimited Business Opportunities: Leveraging the influence of the two previous exhibitions and the success of the first combined edition, this exhibition has become a premier trade event in the international maritime sector and one of the most important events in the world's shipbuilding and maritime exhibitions. It brings together all sectors of the shipbuilding industry, from inland to sea transport, from naval, dredging, and offshore fishing, making it the most complete, comprehensive, and integrated international maritime exhibition with the most extensive industrial chain. Introduction to the Port of Rotterdam, Netherlands: The Port of Rotterdam is Europe's largest port and one of the world's most important logistics centers. Located at the confluence of the Rhine and Maas rivers, the Port of Rotterdam is a natural gateway to Europe. The port area covers 10,556 hectares, including 5,257 hectares of industrial land and 5,299 hectares of infrastructure and water. The port is 40 kilometers long, with 89 kilometers of quays, 656 berths in total, and a maximum channel depth of 22 meters. It is the home port or calling port for over 500 shipping routes, connecting to more than 1,000 ports worldwide, and handles 78% of the Netherlands' total cargo volume. The Port of Rotterdam is both Europe's largest transshipment hub for crude oil, petroleum products, grain, and other bulk cargo, and the world's sixth-largest container transshipment port, boasting the world's most advanced ECT container terminal.
