The event will be hosted at the Ephrata Mennonite School in Ephrata, United States, and will cater to a diverse audience, reaching participants from countries such as Iran and Pakistan.Among the notable speakers at the conference are Rick Rhodes and Daryl Weaver, both experienced communicators within their communities. Participants will develop 5-minute speeches, which will be presented within guided speech groups. Each group will be overseen by a speech coach who will provide constructive feedback, highlighting strengths and areas for improvement. This hands-on approach is designed to foster a supportive environment where individuals can practice their communication skills and receive meaningful critiques, which are essential for personal growth in communication. In alignment with the values of the conservative Anabaptist community, IMPAC Communication emphasizes the importance of honoring the message over the messenger. The conference is not just about creating polished public speakers; it seeks to instill a deeper understanding of the significance of the message rooted in the Kingdom of God. By improving communication skills, participants are equipped to share the profound messages of their faith with clarity and confidence. The IMPAC Communication Conference represents a commitment to inspiring communicators to share motivating messages that resonate with their audiences, ensuring that the light of their messages shines through effectively.
