The IDMA exhibition, known as the International Flour, Feed, Corn, Semolina, Rice, Bulghur Milling Machinery & Pulses, Pasta, Biscuit Technologies Exhibition, is a premier event held at the Istanbul Expo Centre Halls in Istanbul, Turkey. Organized by Idma International Fair, this event has been successfully bringing together representatives from the grain and pulses processing industry for 16 years. The exhibition is expected to attract around 10,000 visitors, showcasing the latest technologies and innovations in milling machinery and related fields.The event features a wide array of exhibitors from various countries, representing associations and organizations such as the Turkish Ministry of Trade, the Small and Medium Enterprises Development Organization of Turkey, and numerous industry-specific associations from countries including Ukraine, Russia, Egypt, and several others. Noteworthy participants include the Turkish Pasta Manufacturers Association, the National Chamber of Milling South Africa, and the Afghan Chamber of Commerce & Investment, along with many others dedicated to the grain and food processing sectors. The IDMA exhibition not only serves as a platform for showcasing cutting-edge technology but also facilitates networking opportunities among industry professionals, fostering collaborations and partnerships across the globe.
