展会简介

The Tokyo Show, part of the renowned Manufacturing World exhibition, takes place at Tokyo Big Sight in Koto, Japan. It is a significant event in the manufacturing industry, attracting major visitors from various sectors including design and development, production engineering, purchasing, and information systems. This exhibition is celebrated for its capacity to inspire innovative ideas in research and development, production efficiency, digital transformation (DX) promotion, energy conservation, and factory automation. Having been held for 37 years in Tokyo, alongside 28 years in Osaka, 10 years in Nagoya, and making its debut in Kyushu in 2023, it is one of the largest comprehensive manufacturing exhibitions globally, drawing tens of thousands of visitors from both Japan and overseas each year. The exhibition features 10 specialized shows across various product categories, ensuring comprehensive coverage of the manufacturing landscape. Key areas include IT solutions such as CAD, CAE, ERP, and production management systems tailored for the manufacturing sector. Additionally, visitors will find innovations in motor, bearing, and mechanical components, as well as machining and pressing technologies. The event also showcases medical and healthcare equipment development, energy-saving products for factories, logistics equipment, and maintenance products. Notably, the Additive Manufacturing (AM) segment highlights 3D printers, materials, and contract molding services, while measuring, inspection, testing, and weighing machines, including sensors and cameras, are also on display. The Tokyo Show further emphasizes IT products and services that facilitate digital transformation in the manufacturing industry, as well as development and manufacturing outsourcing services. A significant feature of the event is its co-located conferences, where attendees can gain insights from top manufacturing executives through case studies and discussions. The significance of the Tokyo Show is underscored by its location in a region renowned for its automotive, heavy industry, and machinery sectors, often referred to as Japan's Silicon Island, which is home to some of the country's most prominent manufacturers.
