Yoga in the Park is a community-driven event taking place at Exhibition Place, co-hosted by Hotel X and 10XTO. This initiative invites participants to engage in a series of yoga classes designed for all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned yogis. The classes will be held outdoors at the picturesque South Barracks Lawn at Hotel X, providing an ideal environment for relaxation and personal reconnection. Attendees are encouraged to ‘pay what you can’ for each session, with all proceeds going directly to the CAMH HeART Lab, an organization dedicated to promoting mental health through creative expression and art.Each session aims to foster a sense of community while also supporting a noble cause. Participants are invited to share their experiences on social media using the hashtag #WeAreExPlace and tagging @explaceto for a chance to be featured. This initiative not only emphasizes physical wellness through yoga but also highlights the importance of mental wellness, showcasing how art and creativity can be therapeutic. Additionally, Yoga in the Park is part of a broader program at Exhibition Place, which is recognized as Canada’s premier destination for conventions, exhibitions, and events, further enriching the community experience.
