The INFRA Tabletop Buying Show is a premier annual event designed for INFRA members and industry partners to gather for an engaging experience centered around networking, buying, and entertainment. This year, the event will take place at the Saint Paul RiverCentre in beautiful St. Paul, Minnesota, where over 300 INFRA retailers will converge to explore new products and opportunities. The event features various booth options for exhibitors, including a premium 10' x 20' booth space for $6,500, which includes two 8' tables, four attendee badges, and access to virtual Show Deals. Additionally, a 10' x 10' booth is available for $4,000, which comes with one 8' table, two attendee badges, and virtual Show Deals as well.Exhibitors are reminded of the importance of timely payment; failure to pay exhibiting fees may result in exclusion from the event. Moreover, any cancellation after a specified date will incur an administrative fee of $600 from the refunded exhibiting fees. All exhibitors are encouraged to utilize reusable sampling materials, which will be provided at no extra cost and delivered onsite. The number of staff allowed at each booth will be determined based on the booth size, ensuring that every exhibitor is well-equipped to engage with attendees.
